My friend has a 2000 115HP mercury saltwater 2 cycle outboard. If he tilts it it leaks oil out of the fill cap. Another friend has the same problem. They have to keep the tank under 1/2 full to stop this leaking. Does anybody know if Mercury has made a fix for this problem? A boat mechanic...
