    2006 suzuki 140 trims down, but wont tilt up

    my motor trims down fine but will not tilt up, from either the tilt switch on motor or at controls up forward. changed solenoid because of advise from mechanic. same result, down but no up. read it might be relay switch. not sure where that is. can anyone please help me. Thank you.
