I'm rebuilding a 53' JW-10 3 HP, I'm just getting to the carb now that I've rebuilt the entire ignition system. My problem is the High speed needle valve won't turn at all. Even with the packing nut removed. First time I've been frustrated rebuilding my now deceased grandfathers little Johnson...
