I enjoyed reading your build thread. I just bought an identical boat. Same year, model and colors. The only difference (before your modifications) is we have different seating arrangement options.

These things are cheap enough that it's not unrealistic to just buy a whole new set of electronics. If you can find an ebox from a TS, that can replace basically all possible failures except for the flywheel and the pickup. I have bought these ts eboxes before for less than $100.
