    boat leak

    ok guys,here is my new problem-i replaced the water pump and installing the lower unit but will not go all the way.it stops about 2 " short and i turn the flywheel and it goes about 1 more inch but still short about 1 inch.anyone have any ideas? i made sure that i did not pull the shaft up...
