I have a '73 Evinrude 70hp...It has 110 (+/- .5 using a digital guage) on all three cylinders...The timing and everything is exactly as the Manual says that it should be.<br /><br />I can run it on Muffs...OR with the Lower Unit sumbmerged in a Drum, and it runs, shifts and takes the throttle...
