    winterizing 1997 90hp evinrude o/b question

    Hoping for someones help...Do I fog this engine by spraying through the carbs(while running) or is it better to spray in the plug holes and then rotate the flywheel after a few times? I have heard conflicting answeres and would love to know the truth. *no vro pump. Thanks, Ryan
