I have a 2 prong recepticle on my boat with 8 gauge wire. I want use 4 gauge wire (that I got for free) and run it to the back of my boat. The wire length will be 22' one way. Is it ok to hook up 4 gauge to 8 gauge and not cause any problems? Should I be using a different plug? My TM is a 24v...
