Once again, looking for help. We're trying to change out the clutch dog spring on our lower unit. Does the lower unit have to be completely removed to access this?
I have an 83 evinrude 90 hp and am trying to figure out how to test the timer in it. It has been replaced with a new looking cdi timer, but my dad seems to think that's the problem. How can I test this before spending the money to buy a new one? Thank you for any help.
