    How to Patch Hole in Transom?

    I have a screw hole in my transom below the water line where the support arm of a swim platform used to bolt in. What is the best way to patch this? Any ideas?<br /><br />Thanks so much.

    Compression Test Results??

    99 Johnson 150 - Exhaust Stinks of Gas/Oil

    I sea trial'd a boat today with a 1999 Johnson 150, 2 stroke - oil injected. She ran fine and compression tested fine too. The only issue was that there was a strong gas/oil odor from the exhaust and a decent amount of oil sheen in the water when idling. Is this normal for this engine? I have...
