    evinrude tilt trim reservoir

    have a '91 40 hp vro. tilt trim was not working right so added fluid. Motor runs but No joy on raising or lowering motor. took drain plug out to drain old fluid and replace with new and a small piston with O ring and a football shaped thing with a key on either end popped out of the drain...
