I need to replace a 9.9hp outboard with another motor. Problem is the new motor doesnt have a the steering controls but rather is a tiller model. I've been looking at the new motor (ME5M model) and i think i could attach the steering bar to the new motor. But can i buy an attachment so...
2003 Mercury 2 stroke 15 hp outboard. Brand new to me. I know it's recently had the water pump replaced.
