i used to be able to pull the control at the pivot point and fast idle the motor. now after having the throttle get jammed while trying to fast idle the motor and the control arm going darn near to the floor i no longer i'm able to fast idel the motor without engageing drive.any suggestions?were...

i have a 85hp force model#856x4l were in the manual say's to remove the drain plug if you have vent and fill plug's on the top of the ldrive my problem is i need to change the oil and can't get the plug out any suggesting.
