I am trying to figure out the correct blue gel coat on this 2008 Sea Doo Challenger 230.... It is a solid blue dark blue.. Spectrum tells me they only list two blues for this boat and they are both metallic... I called sea doo and they basically told me they didn't have info on 2008 only 2009+...
So I gelled the bottom of a 26' Pursuit and there are a few spots that are sticky... the rest is all hard but a couple spots just aren't getting hard....its been two weeks..
We did go over a few prior repairs that were hard... Spectrum gel...cut with dura tec per directions....
Suggestions...

Presently the radar tower/arch is not hinged. Will not fit in garage.
Anyone ever added hinges to their arch? Wondering about labor and cost?? Any ideas where to get hardware.

OK so last year I clean the the pontoon with toon brite and it did a good job of getting rid of the scum and crap on bottom. But the clean bottom only lasted about a month before it looked like I had never touched it. So this year I have to decide to not do anything or do it right..... SO...
I looked into this last year and found a place that sells the aluminum side panelling. Pretty sure it was here on Iboats or a link in a thread. But SOB I cant find anything now.
