    Hi all newbie here My starter recoil is sticking won’t rewind unless I loosen the bolt that holds it on. It work fine when I loosen the bolt but then the bolt backs out .I have washer on top of recoil and inside on bottom as in the parts manuals . Driving me nuts any help would be appreciated.
