I made a video on a cheap chartplotter alternative. I do not do much ocean cruising so I wanted a chartplotter but didn't want to spend $1k on one. I bought a cheap tablet and downloaded the navionics app...works great!
I am documenting my preparation and execution of a trip from Chapin, SC, trailering my Chaparral 290, to Miami and then cruising to Bimini in March 2015.
