When cranking motor it makes a rough rubbing noise,that sounds like its comming from lower unit.Lower cylinder plug is carboned up,top plug is barely dirty.Won't crank-up.Hasn't run since Father's Day.What gives???
It usually takes 10/or more pulls to start.Not starting now.Took bottom plug out and its carboned up.Top plug is clean.Does this mean its running on bottom cylinder only? Or is my carb dirty?Or does it require an electric starter?

Water not coming out of discharge hole.I noticed that the plastic screen was broken on the bottom.Just had the impeller replaced last year.And could I blow water thru the dis-charge hole?
When running wide open yesterday,there was a slight vibration.When I backed down a bit it went away.Also,we ran out of gas,when I got home to clean it out,it wouldn't start. What gives?
