    I have a mercruiser alpha one,190 stern drive..I know I'm old and stuff,lol but I cant find the fill screw,,I see the vent screw up near the top,but don't see any fill screw near the bottom...am I that far gone,or am I missing something..please help

    hi thanks for reply..yes put new inline fuel filter in..and tried carb cleaner..they look pretty good,cant see any dirt or gunk..what's baffling me is it runs and idles so good,,so its getting plenty of fuel,once started..just have to crank it for 3 or 4 mins to get it started..that's the problem..

    I have a 1986 190, that runs great,idles great,shifts great,..but it has a hard time starting..cranks good all day long,but acts like its loosing its prime when I shut it down......any ideas? what if I put an inline ball primer in? think that would help or just flood it out..I'm stumped because...
