$5K is ridiculous. I realize that especially clean outboards of any year will command high prices (especially 2-stroke), but listing it with such a ludicrous price is just going to keep many people from even making an offer on it. Nothing wrong with setting the price higher than its value...
You will want to add a little grease on the starter engagement gear mechanism, where the red arrow points. Also, add grease to the hollow gear shaft so the black gear can slide up and down smoothly. The starter rope drum spindle can be lubricated with a small amount of oil by adding a few drops...
