I have a 1999 Johnson outboard....not running properly when I go from high to medium speed. had the carb rebuilt and the cylinder head replaced and I still have the problem..
Motor runs fine at high and low RPM ranges...at mid-range 4,000 RPM, RPM decreased in about 5 seconds to 2,500 RPM. Timing, fuel leaks, linkage,propeller all have been checked out OK. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you..Sea Jay
