I just bought a 2000 ZXI 1100. The guy I bought it from stated it ran fine until one time he cranked it a lot and now it won't run. It still cranks over just fine and has 120 psi compression in each cylinder according to my gauge. From what I hear this is likely a computer issue...

What do you all recommend as far as brake pad brands. They will be going on a 2015 Ram 1500. The truck does a decent amount of towing jet skis and boats. Powerstop good?

Are the Coast Guard vessel checks only for boats on the coast and coastal waters? Or do they check vessels on lakes and inland waters as well? Just thought it couldn't hurt to get the boat checked if they do it.

Just had an epiphany, why the heck do they make bellows out of rubber? Why not flexible plastic pipe or something that doesn't go. There has to be some heat resistant plastic. Why do they need to be rubber!?
