I have just mounted the Universal regulator/rectifier Part #: 01-154-16
and am ready to do wiring,
I have removed and sanded paint behind mount for good contact(floating ground)
and positioned wire connections where I think they go,
before committing to these wire connections just wanted to...
took the boat out , after doing linc and sinc procedure all perfect horizontal at wot. including new fuel pump etc... lines bulb nice fuel
still cant get over 3k rpm wot...no rough idle or missing, sounds smooth but I just noticed dark oil unusually seeping
from all three plug holes. boat sat...
First time taking the fuel pump off rebuilding and remounting, scraped old gasket off and carefully cleaned surface until really perfect, all new kit gaskets diaphragm etc...,it leaks bad ,
the shop manual says apply sealant to threads as needed, I must need it but wanted to gain insight here on...
