    Deep Cell + Crank battery on switch?

    Looking at putting two batteries in the little fishing boat I got with a 50hp force. Was wondering if I could run a crank battery in position 1, deep cell in position 2, and run it like that? Starting the boat on "both" and operating on "2"... would that work?
