I have a 1993 johnson 115, 20" lower unit with a bad powerhead. I've been looking a a lot of motors on Craigslist anywhere from a 90hp-200hp. A lot of motors in the area are anywhere from 1983-2000. Most of them have 25"shafts my question is if I was was to buy a motor with a 25" lower unit...
