I am a first time boat owner. last weekend I traded my 4 wheelers for a fishing boat. I was doing 40 mph for a few hours. now the top speed is 10mph. I don't think enough gas is getting to the engine. I am thinking it is a throttle linkage or cable issue. can anyone give me some ideas?
