I just got rebuild powerhead. In old top starboard bypass cover (right picture) there is small pipe for rubber hose. New bypass cover (same part number)- not.
What is purpose of small pipe? I'm little lost.Thanks for any suggestions...

Today I rush to West Marine store, I grab first antenna on rack. When I got home- I find- I got AM/FM 5120 Shakespeare antenna. May I use it for VHF (cobra) radio. I guest NOT. Thanks for any advise.

I find this very rusted remnant of.....? How important this part is? Trailer is 1988 Shore 21. Looks like spindle is welded into tube.Everything is very solid.Ignore it, or replace?-If replace-how? Thanks for any help.
