hello first off i am a rookie so my vocabulary sucks... the trim doesnt raise the prop but when i pull the rod out the trim is able to operate the hydros just fine. so raising the prop up by hand i thread the rod back in. then the trim goes down but not up again.............2001 3.0 4c
