I just restored a 21ft 1990 crest pontoon it has a manual transom looks like a box with a 3ft hadle comeing off of it to raise and lower it problem is it has five adjustments and the first two holes the bottom of the wood the motor is on is out of the water like it should be if i try to adjust...
