Alright time for an update, I haven't given up on the motor guys don't worry. I was just venting out of frustration before. I went ahead and did a full rebuild on the Carbs. I am now leaps and bounds closer than before.

Cleaned carbs again, new fuel pump, pulled and cleaned the manifold (something black shot out of it when cleaned) and I'm back to square one again, rough idle doesn't want to stay running, and won't throttle up. When I hold the key in for choke she will open up just fine. I guess it's a rebuild...
Just took a test on the water, idle works great now. Works in gear at slow speed, as soon as go to throttle up she bogs down and starts to stall out. I'm starting to think maybe I need a new fuel pump?
