Thanks for all your help guys. I pulled the drive today and now the engine turns over without any issues. The drive and exhaust bellows were both torn allowing water in. The drive is seized up pretty good. Any advice on freeing it up or should I just tear into it?

The bellows are in great shape they were replaced by last owner only a year ago. Like I said, everything internally is completely rust free and there’s good oil coating everything important. This is a real head scratcher
