Is there some way I can run my boat (motor) out of the water without damaging it? Boat is a 95 Baja Blast with a Merc Sport Jet 90.
I don't live around any water that I could conveniently put the boat in.

So I have the service manual but it is.... lacking.. information regarding changing the oil for the drive assymbly. I attemtped to change the oil last season and thought I did it correctly unfortunately after a run this past summer I had oil inside the engine compartment leaking around motor...
I've been Googling and reading up on repairing these things and it seems there are about a ton of different opinions. I think I can repair these myself but really don't want to go too deep into it.
The cracks I have are only on one spot of the boat... pretty much where peeps have stepped to...
Thinking about swapping the steering wheel for a larger one sold at auto zone. Y'all think it is doable? The larger wheel should make it easier to steer this thing.

Also.... has anyone run Nauticus smart tabs on their jet boat? Or any tabs at all? Did it help with the boat getting on plane faster/lower speed?

I don't have a manual for this boat.. yet.. But I've read somewhere that there are some points on the motor/jet drive that need to be oiled/greased... help!

Ok so tonight I got a 95 Baja Blast 90hp jet boat. Had it checked out with flying colors. But I forgot to ask what the ratio was for mixing the fuel & oil. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
