    Repowering outboards

    Can anyone tell me how complicated it is to replace the power heads on a 87' Merc 150.<br /><br />I'm thinking of doing it myself, but I've never done it before. This site and others offer rebuilt power heads, but you need to 'do-it-yourself'.<br /><br />Any advise is welcome. Thanks John.
