My Minnkota Powerdrive is getting voltage on the battery side of the circuit board but when turned on it is not getting any voltage on the motor side of the circuit board. I hope that makes sense.

So I need to remove the transom housing. What size 12 point bit is this? (See picture). I don't have one in my toolbox...
