I have a 1996 190 Fourwinns with a 4.3 liter engine. I used fuel stabilizer in the tank when I winterized it last year. My problem is that I have been unable to run it enough this years to empty the fuel tank. I am wanting to winterize the boat once again but don't want to leave the old gas...
