I have a 1994 Evinrude Spitfire, V6. Recently when taking the boat out it would stall after 3 or 4 minutes. I noticed that the fuel ball was flat, if I pumped the ball the boat would start and run again for 3 or 4 minutes. This now happens repeatedly. Vents seem to be ok.<br /><br />Is this...
