I was doing a once over on my 75 evinrude and was wondering if the two bolts coming out of the bottom of the case on each side are mounting bolts. Cause they are broke.
I just got done replacing my impeller and after replacing the lower unit it now won't shift onto forward unless i push up on the shifting rod threw the acsees hole in the side of the leg. It worked fine before I removed the lower unit. Need to know how to adjust or if I somehow damaged it.
