OK, yeah. The integral gasoline tank fill hole is on top of the engine/powerhead area, near the pull cord. So is the special fuel pump element that pumps with crankcase pressure pulses completely irrelevant when relying on this internal fuel tank?
I've read that the fuel pump element is a common failure point for this motor (217.59672). So I was looking at getting a couple of them to have on hand. Wanting to use this motor on a 12' flat front jon boat, and as it is an old motor spare parts in the boat seems like a good idea.
