    I RECENTLY REPLACED MY ALUM PROP WITH A SS PROP ON MY 2003 MERC 2 STROKE 90 HP THATS WHEN I NOTICE THAT THIER WAS SOME END PLAY IN THE OUTPUT SHAFT (1/8 OF A INCH TRAVEL)IS THIS NORMAL?

    I have a 2003 merc 90 hp 2stroke!I'm not a firm believer(or don't trust) the auto oil injection pump! Can I pre mix my fuel at 50 to 1 and fill the oil reservoir with pre mixed fuel!!

    I have a new 2003 merc 2 stroke 90 hp. From day one the water coming from the pee hole pulsates like a shower head!!! It's not a slow but a fast pulsation! It only does it up to 1000 rpm Is this normal

    2003 merc 2-stroke 60HP changed to AMSOIL OIL ,NOW HAVE NOISE IN MOTOR

    I have a 2003 merc 2-stroke 60 HP . I heard that Amsoil is a good oil! I let the oil reservior run low and then filled it with the Amsoil AIO oil!!!Didn't really notice a difference,but now when idling I have a lite squeal coming from some where under the engine cowl!!! It sounds like a loose...

    2003 60H.P. Mercury Hard Start When Warm

    I have a new 2003 60H.P. Mercury ,It's not FI but carburetor.The motor has about12 hrs on it,she starts fine when cold, but after you run it and get it warm ,if I let it sit for 10 or more minutes,she starts really hard (I have to use the choke and the throttle advance)Any ideas!
