    Setting up the carbs, 60 hp 1989 rude.

    I have the book but it doesn't show the rough settings on the carbs on my 98 60 hp rude. This is a tri-carb and I can see only one mixture adjustment on each carb. Question: after seating the needle valve screw all the way in how many turns backing out do I make on each screw? Mod# ce60tleca...

    90 PSI in all three cylinders

    Have a 1989 Evinrude 60 HP, has 90 PSI in all three cylinders. The idle in gear is rough but the high end is great. Question: carbs or is this caused by the low compression?

    starter 1972 rude

    would anybody have the specs on the starter for an 85 HP 1972 rude? Mainly the resistance on the windings.From the main terminal to ground? Starter turns with no load N/G with load..battery, cable and connectors all good.thanks
