    NEED HELP!! 25 hp Mercury

    I have a 89 model that runs great on lower cyl. top cyl not running. I have checked both plugs, and they are both firing while removed. I pulled exhaust cover and piston and cyl. looks ok. good compression also. Can you help??

    40 hp YAMAHA with electrical problem

    I have a 40 hp Yamaha, 1996 model, 2 cyl. Only the bottom cyl. will fire. Have checked the plugs, I was told if it fires at all, it was not the power pack, and probably the coil. Is this my problem, or could it be something elese? Please reply.

    YAMAHA 40 HP

    I HAVE A YAMAHA 40 HP. 1996 MODEL. JUST PURCHASED IT, AND RAN GOOD FOR ABOUT 3/4 TANK FULL OF FUEL, MIXED 50/1 , THEN APPEARED TO HAVE FOULED A PLUG. THE RATIO ON THE CAN IS 100/1. IS THIS MY PROBLEM WITH PLUG FOULING? OR COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE?
