    It is simple the cables land in a slot at the control and the motor to lock the outer cable and the inner cable adjust to get neutral with the alignment mark on the motor . what am I missing?

    The motor starts good and runs good and then it starts stalling I move the throttle back to 3/4 and it smooths out and runs ok. New plugs fuel pump lines from tank to carbs clean fuel good fuel flow to carbs
