I have a 2.3 omc cobra when. i take off from idle after no wake zone
it will speed up for about 30 seconds and then it slows down quite rapidly
to idle when no one has touched the controls . i have been using

i have a 1989 blue / spectrum aluminum boats and after looking at the the hull i think i might be missing an externel rib brace. does any body know how
external braces per side this boat came with from the factory this is the 1950
model with the 2.3 :redface:
when cruising in a 1988 sprectrum with the pinto 2.3 the tach jumps 200-300 rpms all the time. but the boat sounds healthy ( for a pinto) :D do i need new points and condenser. i just put in new spark plugs or is this just a boat thing
