    finding the right fishfinder

    I am looking for a lowcost start out fishfiner. i have been looking at the humminbird piranhamax 215, does anyone have one like it or not i would like to hear what you think. If not the humminbird is there a better unit in the $100 catagory Thanks for your help Speedy

    steering issue

    I'm very new to the boating world but i have a 16' project breaking me in. it is a 16' with a 55 horse chrysler. The steering cable is completely gone. Do i have a rotary system? how do i tell etc. all the help i can get is always appreciated
