I have a suspicion that water is leaking on the copper tube bushing for the cooling tube.. first run of a boat this year and I have a small trickle of water into the bilge - engine running or not. just pulled the whole outdrive and no obvious leaking on usual parts.

there was a spacer washer that was like .25x.25 (you can see where the spacer washer was its cleaner on the shaft)
