Well things have turned for the worse. I was removing the 270 outdrive leg and all was good until I tried to remove one of the lock screws which retain the pivot pins in the mounting collar when all of a sudden it snapped off leaving a good 1-2 inches of threaded rod inside. I am not sure what...
When the manual says to knock the tabs of the lock washer up do they mean into the cutouts of the spinner or out of the cutouts?
I tried with them out of the cutouts but the cone will not budge.
