    No Spark 1969 - 72 merc 90hp

    i have no ignition key so was told to unplug wiring plug from side of motor to open ignition to be able to check for spark.Jumped starter and get no spark at the plugs.if i pull wire out of center of dist cap and hold next to ground should i see spark that way?Are there any safetys that need to...

    buying new prop

    need to buy new prop and have no idea on size and pitch.1984 merc 50hp 2stroke Boat is a 1972 Robalo R180 with dry weight of 1300lbs(no motor) guessing current weight is around 2000lbs or slightly under.Yes i know its under powered....Trying to get as much top speed as possible dont care about...
