i finally change the fuel pump (2) start very good but today was the first time
in the water since i change the fuel pump and it shift good lightly increase the
speed still good at 2500rpm motor was giving me a hard time like dying on me,
had to jiggle the shifter all the way down and up to...
hey it's me again this time i'd like to know how to check that my
batterie is charging what is the best way and also like to know if
i can run my boat with a defective rectifier without hurting or burning
anything around... thanks again.
i'd like to know what year is my merc and where to find parts for that
serial number 7018238. I went on a couple of site and they dont got
that serial anywhere... so any idea on how to search for a rectifier or stator..
Im new to boat... got a luck 19' with trailer and a mercury 150hp inline 6.
The motor won't start unless i remove the spark plug and spray gas in the hole.
And then the motor is good for a few stop and go without spraying again. I've
paid 500 for the whole thing is it a good deal or not.
