My in-laws love their boats (17-foot and 15-foot Boston Whalers with Mercury outboards) but aren’t particularly mechanically inclined.
They’re currently paying a local mechanic good money to haul/winterize, launch in the spring, do yearly maintenance, and address issues as they arise...

Have you owned/do you own one? What did you love about it? Hate about it?
