    Looking this picture it just come in mind when first time i had an issue with my omc ( old owner told me that riser were good just one year old, instead they were damaged and my head got damaged too. That time i payd one mechanic to do the job, now i would do it for sure 😅

    I am really happy 🥰 also because as said i bought this motor totally disassembled and with several pcs that was not belonghig to this motor too so i was not sure at all it would start . When after half revolution it was on i was so happy 🥰🥰🥰🥰🍻🍾🥳

    Yesterday night i was qble to switch on the water and run the motor for longher time. It took more or less 3 minutes before i had oil in all 12 studs, but now fortunatelly everithing seems to run very well. I will test again in this days to perform final adjustment (timming )

    Thanks. Now motor is ready. I bought new riser, manifold were good so i will just machine the surface to make them perfectelly flat and remove the damage and than next week when ready i will switch on properly. Looking forward to do so 🥰

    Thanks. Push road were cleaned first in ultrasonic device, then i bloww in the holes with air compressor then i check against light to see that all holes were free. Without water i jyst run the time of above video (so 10 sec more or less) just to see that it was running. Now water is connected...

    hi; tks yes i did, i cleaned in ultrasonic device, then i blow inside with compressed air and then i visual inspected them vs light to see if holes were totally free. s

    Thanks, here bearing are all new Cams and shaft diameter checked and in tollerance pump overhouled, as mention above i just check with multimeter because i didn't have the gauge (i will buy one ) and with motor off i had 243 as per manual, afyer switch on at iddle 104 ohm that as per manual...
