I have a 2007 Mercury 50 on a pontoon. I keep getting the overheat alarm. I took the lower unit off and cleaned the water pump from debris and checked the termostat. I only found one thermostat on this one. Is there a poppet valve on these? I did not see one underneath like some of them have...
